Each monthly Exchange brings leaders into community with other Christian business owners, CEOs and executives for the purpose of addressing challenges, learning curriculum content, and acquiring prayer support.
Leaven is the catalyst needed to live significantly in business, life and faith. Each person is uniquely leavened by their lifelong accumulation of experiences.
Exchange is the action of giving and receiving something of value under agreed upon terms.
Leaven Exchange brings Christian business leaders together to exchange the leaven that each has accumulated during their journey to this point.
Isolation is an enemy of professional development and personal/spiritual growth. Leaven Exchange builds community among like-minded business leaders to help defeat the crippling effects of isolation by providing a safe environment where members can discuss give and take the hard-earned wisdom in an atmosphere of encouragement and accountability.

Brad Hays is the consummate business builder and problem-solver. He has coached entrepreneurs, executives, ministry leaders, and Christian business people. He has over 35 years of business leadership experience, in sales, marketing and operations, of small, medium and large scale companies.
Wayne Risher is an accomplished leader with a passion to implement Christian leadership principles in the business community. He has enjoyed a career with two Fortune 500 companies, has been an agency-owner for Allstate, and is currently a Campus Pastor at Faithbridge. Wayne uses his entrepreneurship experience and high energy to answer his calling. As Vice-President of Sales for a medical equipment company, the direction of the CEO was invaluable in teaching him how to serve those around him in the workplace. As Marketing Service Manager for Chevron USA he worked to develop and refine operational processes and equipment to support the company-operated retail gasoline distribution channel. Desiring entrepreneurship, he became an agency-owner for Allstate serving nearly 5,000 customers in one of the larger agencies in Harris County. After 28 years in the business world, Mr. Risher transitioned to full-time ministry charged with developing strategy and launching a new multi-site campus for Faithbridge. He also serves on the Boards of two other non-profit groups providing strategic support.
Over his career, John Sloan has been a principal of 10 business starts, corresponding M&As, etc. and heavily involved with 2 fledgling churches. In 28 years of management and ownership, his responsibilities have bridged all corporate functions. John’s passion is helping Christian business leaders grow and have a positive impact.
Roger presents a unique skill set in business and ministry. Twenty years in the financial industry (Pennzoil, First City Bank, Masterson Moreland Sauer & Whisman, and Cornerstone Securities) coupled with over 23 years in full-time ministry (Young Life and The Gathering of Men) gives Roger the ability to support businessmen in areas of business planning, sales, and productivity.
Allen Quine has served as an attorney and negotiator in the business and non-profit sectors for over three decades. Most recently he served as in-house counsel and VP of International Relations for the Museum of the Bible in Washington DC. Allen was indispensable in establishing relationships and negotiating agreements with domestic and world-class international
Leveraging his legal experience, Dr. Quine has served as a the CEO of a cabling company, College President, Dean, and Professor of several higher educational institutions, and currently applies his knowledge of the ever changing nature of State, Federal and International regulations and legal environment to the benefit of national and international business associations and non-profits.
Allen is an alum of Washington State University, the University of Idaho College of Law, and attained his PhD from Dallas Theological Seminary. He was admitted to practice law in Washington State, and is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas and the International Bar Association.
Anne Davis is an experienced senior executive who has served in leadership roles for two universities, two large nonprofits, and numerous committees in her church. She has vast knowledge of strategic visioning, executive development and human relations, and she is passionate about bringing Christian value-based solutions to work place challenges.
Dr. Henley brings profound experience in leadership development and organizational culture to Leaven Exchange. His breadth of experience stretches from the newspaper business, to the White House, to the pulpit and now to the members of Leaven Exchange.
Dr. Henley is a deep well of valuable resources made available to the staff and members of Leaven Exchange through his speaking and authorship.
